Crafted from HPPE (high-strength polyethylene), the fabric is engineered using advanced high-density weaving techniques and incorporates ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers. HPPE fibers provide strength over ten times that of premium steel and rank just below super carbon fiber in modulus. Lightweight and buoyant, the material is highly resistant to water, chemicals, UV exposure, and corrosion without requiring additional treatments. It combines durability with flexibility and maintains performance even under brief exposure to temperatures up to 110°C.
